Voliskill may at any time deactivate or suspend the Member's access to www.voliskill.com and/or the Services (as the case may be) without any prior notice in order to carry out system maintenance, upgrading, testing, repairs and other related work. Without prejudice to the other provisions of this Agreement, Voliskill shall not be liable for any loss and damage, costs and expense that the Member may suffer or incur, and no fees or charges payable by the Member to Voliskill shall be deducted, refunded or rebated, as a result of such deactivation or suspension.
Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies of Voliskill, the firm may suspend the Service being provided in the event that any dues payable by the Member are not paid. Upon suspension, the service shall be deemed to be terminated from the date stipulated by Voliskill and the Member shall be liable for all charges and fees incurred until that date. Upon subsequent payment by the Member of the requisite payment on demands, Voliskill may at its sole discretion and subject to such terms as it deems proper, reconnect the Service.

The content published on Voliskill website or through its authorised media is for your general information and use and is not intended to address your particular business or other requirements. In particular, the content does not constitute any form of advice, recommendation, representation, endorsement or arrangement by Voliskill and is not intended to be relied upon by users in making (or refraining from making) any specific investment or other decisions. Appropriate independent advice should be obtained before making any such decisions. Any agreements, transactions or other arrangements made between you and any third party named on (or linked to from) the Voliskill sites are at your sole risk and responsibility. To the full extent allowed by applicable law, you agree that Voliskill will not be liable to you for any losses which relate to your business or investment choices or which are not a direct consequence of your use of the Voliskill sites (including lost profits or loss of privacy or loss of or damage to data) or which arise as a result of you using the Voliskill sites outside the scope of these terms and conditions. In addition to but separate from the above specific exclusion and to the full extent allowed by applicable law, you also agree that Voliskill will not be liable to you for any other indirect, special, consequential incidental, punitive or exemplary damages whatsoever that arise out of or are related to your use of the Voliskill sites.
Voliskill shall use reasonable endeavours to promptly remedy any faults in the Voliskill sites of which it is aware.
You agree that your only other remedy (including for negligence) for any damages that you incur arising out of your use of the Voliskill sites to the extent that Voliskill liability is not excluded is as follows: if you have subscribed to receive any paid for services, your remedy is limited to the direct damages you actually incur arising out of your use of the Voliskill sites. This is subject to a limit equal to the amount paid by you to Voliskill pursuant to these terms and conditions during the year in which the damage is incurred. You may at your option receive paid services to the equivalent value of this limit in place of monetary damages.
Without limiting the above, Voliskill is not liable for matters beyond its reasonable control. Voliskill does not control telephones, third party communications networks (including your Internet Service Provider) or the Internet or the acts of third parties. You agree to indemnify and hold Voliskill, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of these Terms of Use and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above.
The Voliskill sites may contain links to other Internet websites or online and mobile services provided by independent third parties ("Third party sites"), either directly or through frames. Third party sites may be co-branded with Voliskill and so include Voliskill trade mark. Voliskill is not responsible for the availability or content of Third party sites and will not be a party to, or in any way responsible for, any transaction concerning goods or services available from such Third party sites. If you purchase products or services from a Third party site your contract for such products or services will be with the third party and not with Voliskill. Our privacy policy does not apply to Third party sites.
The Voliskill sites contain advertising and sponsorship. Advertisers and sponsors are responsible for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on the Voliskill sites comply with international and national law. Voliskill will not be responsible for any error or inaccuracy in advertising or sponsorship material.
From time to time Voliskill or www.voliskill.com may run competitions, prize schemes, promotions, offers and surveys on all its websites. These may be subject to additional terms and conditions that will be specified at the time they are run. You may not assign, sub-license or otherwise transfer any of your rights under these terms and conditions. We have not authorized any individual or organization to collect payments in any other name (i.e. any other individual or organization name) for any services rendered by Voliskill. You are informed that under no circumstances will Voliskill be liable for any damage caused of whatever nature because of such fraudulent individuals or organizations.
Voliskill and its associated sites are best viewed using the Internet browser IE 5.5 or higher versions. Any older browser versions may work but users could have a limited browsing experience. The Voliskill site may not work well with Netscape versions. Payments to Voliskill are facilitated through CCAvenues.com. Any Member who make payment through ww.Voliskill.com de facto agree to the terms and conditions indicated by ccavenues.com.
Voliskill shall not be liable for any loss of information howsoever caused whether as a result of any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Service or otherwise, or for the contents, accuracy or quality of information available, received or transmitted through the Service.
The Member shall be solely responsible, and Voliskill shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever, for ensuring that in using the Service, all applicable laws, rules and regulations for the use of systems, service or equipment shall be at all times complied with.
Voliskill makes no representations and warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, for the Services and in relation to the accuracy or quality of any information transmitted or obtained through the Services of www.voliskill.com. Voliskill shall not be liable for any loss or damages sustained by reason of any disclosure (inadvertent or otherwise) of any information concerning the Member's account and particulars nor for any error, omission or inaccuracy with respect to any information so disclosed.
The Member acknowledges that it is not the Company's policy to exercise editorial control over and to edit or amend any data or contents of any emails or posting or any information that may be inserted or made available or transmitted to a third party in or through Voliskill.com. Voliskill may refuse, suspend, terminate, delete or amend any artwork, materials, information or content of any data or information or posting so as, in the sole opinion of Voliskill, to comply with the legal or moral obligations and to avoid infringing a third party's rights or any other rules, standards or codes of practices that may be applicable to the posting or www.voliskill.com or the internet.
All information(s) received from you for your use of the Voliskill sites will be used by Voliskill in accordance with our Privacy Policy. On registration, you must provide Voliskill with accurate, complete registration information and it is your responsibility to update and maintain changes to that information on the applicable Voliskill site registration pages. This is particularly important if you subscribe to any paid services or info-mails or newsletters of Voliskill.
On registration, you will be either given a Order ID generated online or a User Name and Password. Voliskill does not permit any other person sharing his User Name and Password or Access to multiple users. Voliskill may cancel or suspend access to the Voliskill sites if you do this without prior written consent. Each registered member is individually responsible for usage of any type of Voliskill information or anyone else using your ID and for preventing unauthorised use of your ID or registration info. If you believe there has been any breach of security such as the disclosure, theft or unauthorised use of your ID or any payment information, you must notify Voliskill immediately by e-mailing info@Voliskill.com. We recommend you to change password of your User Name on regular basis to avoid any misuse.
If you provide Voliskill with an email address or phone number that results in any emails or SMS messages from Voliskill being sent to you via a computer network or telephone operated or owned by a third party (e.g. your employer or your institution) then you warrant that you are entitled to receive those messages. You also agree that Voliskill may refrain from sending messages to you without notifying you, even if you have subscribed to receive them, if we receive a request from a third party to stop sending emails or SMS messages to you.
Voliskill maintains a policy of strict confidentiality of all data and information submitted by the Member. Members need to be aware that when they voluntarily reveal identification oriented information (name, e-mail address) in chat and bulletin board areas, such information may be collected by a third party resulting in unsolicited messages from third parties. Such interaction is beyond the control and liability of Voliskill.
The copyright, know how or any other related intellectual property to the Service or Voliskill shall be the sole and exclusive property of Voliskill. In the event the Member has contributed any content to Voliskill in any manner whatsoever, the intellectual property of the same shall stand automatically assigned to Voliskill and the Member shall have no right or claim over the same. In the event the Member during the term of his agreement or any time thereafter, uses such intellectual property in any other website or related activity, the same can be construed to be an infringement of the intellectual property belonging to Voliskill and Voliskill shall have the right to legal recourse in this regard.
Recruitment Consultancy Service is defined as the services to be provided to the Employer(s)/Consultant(s)/Corporate(s)/Company(s) by Voliskill including the provision of facilities for the following:
This Agreement, accepted upon use of the Site and further affirmed by becoming a Member of the Voliskill service, contains the entire agreement between You/Member and Voliskill regarding the use of the Site and/or the Service. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. These terms and conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with laws of the Government of India. Users of Voliskill websites also explicitly agree that only courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of, under, or in connection with these terms and conditions, and for those purposes irrevocably submit all disputes to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with Voliskill and Voliskill reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Members or any third-party.
Any dispute arising out of this agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of Pune and no courts other than courts of Pune shall have jurisdiction to try the same. Any dispute between the parties shall be referred to a named arbitrator appointed by Voliskill under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act of 1996. The decision of the Arbitrator shall be final and binding on both the parties. The Arbitration proceeding will be conducted at Pune in English language only.

Please note that although most of our customers/companies have got benefited from our services, we do not guarantee you resume with100% matching to Job Description/Requirement from the services being offered. Voliskill does not assume responsibility of any candidate whose resume is being sourced and is only acting as a medium between the Consultants & Corporates and the individual candidate. Responses from respective candidates are solely based on Placement Consultants & Corporates driving recruitment processes with candidate. Voliskill shall not be liable in case of a dispute between the Consultants & Corporates and the candidate.
